Catering to USNR
As Project Managers for the world’s largest manufacture of wood products equipment,
we travel all over the world with diverse multi-national teams to install and start-up
our equipment. The logistics behind doing so can get very complicated, so we are
always looking for support to help us take care of our crews and keep us focused on
our project. Shortly after starting the first of two very large project in the city of
Rotorua, NZ in. late 2015 we discovered the Sequoia Eatery. Our teams loved their food
and service. They also loved how accommodating they were as we ate there on a
regular basis.
During the second project we had discussions with Sheldon and Stacy about catering.
After settling on the details the Sequoia began delivering a variety of hot lunches to our
worksite for teams of up to 30 people a day. We and our crews loved the food and
quickly just turned over the menu decisions to them. The Sequoia catered under this
arrangement providing lunch every week day for close to 3 months until our projects
ended. Not only was the food amazing, but the pricing was very reasonable and
Sheldon, Stacy and their staff became like family.
